JETSTAR LAUNCHES DIRECT SYDNEY MACKAY FLIGHTS
- Flights to take off from mid-December when Queensland borders open
- Operating three times per week carrying more than 4000 passengers per month
Jetstar has announced seasonal direct services between Mackay and Sydney, taking off from 18 December, shortly after the Queensland borders open, until at least 29 January 2022.
The service will be operated by A320 aircraft three days per week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Jetstar will continue to monitor demand and assess whether the route will be extended after the summer holiday period.
