Jetstar Update

Dear Valued Trade Partners,

Jetstar prides itself on delivering great travel experiences. Keeping passengers informed of last-minute flight changes and important information about their journey is an integral part of their experience.

When making a Jetstar booking please ensure you provide a valid email address and mobile phone number for your passenger/s. This information will only be used in accordance with Jetstar’s privacy policy.

Jetstar will not use this information to send marketing material to passengers unless they have previously provided Jetstar consent to do so.

See guidance below on how to provide this information in you preferred booking channel.


Booking through the Jetstar Agent Hub
Provide accurate and up to date passenger contact information in the ‘passenger email’ and ‘mobile phone number’ fields.

Booking through GDS
Add passenger’s mobile number via SSR CTCM and email address via SSR CTCE using the GDS key entries found on page 6 of Jetstar’s GDS user guide.

Booking through an online booking tool
Ensure contacts in passenger profiles are up to date and that an email address and mobile phone number are both included in the PNR contacts.

If you’re unsure whether Jetstar received your passenger contacts you can change and add passenger contacts through Manage My Booking on Jetstar.com or through live chat with our Industry Support Team.
