May Jetstar Trade News

Welcome to Jetstar’s May edition of our Trade Newsletter.
This month we will summarise some important information contained in our Trade Mails over the past few months.

Tasman Bubble. Open!

To help more Australians and New Zealanders reunite after a year apart, Qantas and Jetstar are now flying a trans-Tasman two-way bubble. Qantas and Jetstar are initially operating up to 122 return flights per week across the Tasman on 15 routes, offering more than 52,000 seats each week.

Through May, Jetstar will operate Auckland <-> Melbourne, Auckland <-> Gold Coast and Auckland <-> Sydney using its Airbus A320 aircraft, with schedules connecting on to both Jetstar’s Australian and New Zealand domestic network. Jetstar will resume flights on the remainder of its pre-COVID Tasman routes from June 2021. Qantas and Jetstar will look to grow capacity and the number of routes as the market recovers. Fares and reward seats are now available at Jetstar.com or through Travel Agents.
