Jetstar Credit Vouchers.

We extended some credit voucher expiry dates, so you may have more time to use your voucher.

Credit vouchers issued for Jetstar Airways (JQ) and Jetstar Asia (3K) on flights impacted by COVID-19 that are due to expire by 31 December 2022 will have a new expiry date of 31 December 2023, the travel dates for any new booking must also be on or before 31 December 2023. The voucher numbers on the vouchers which were extended remain the same, Customers can check their remaining credit amount and voucher expiry by visiting the voucher balance portal.

New and existing unused travel vouchers issued due to the impact of COVID-19 have become multi-use vouchers and can be used across multiple bookings – any outstanding credit from one booking can be used towards another.

All other credit vouchers issued for reasons not listed above will be single-use only.

Facemasks at the airport and onboard.

Face masks are no longer mandatory on international flights to Australia or Australian domestic flights.

Face masks may be required at some airport terminals and on board, depending on government requirements for the destination and please bring your own mask if required. See the Fly Well page for the latest information.

Steeped in history and futuristic wonder – Seoul.

South Korea’s capital is a K-popping combination of booming high-tech and gleaming skyscrapers that blends seamlessly with considered green spaces and calming Buddhist temples. It’s a city where new and old collide creating an alluring medley of contemporary and traditional art, food and experiences.

For all its sophisticated attractions – including palaces, cutting-edge design, cool inner-city culture and high-end shopping – it’s also a lovely, outdoorsy place. You can cycle along the Han River or go hiking on one of the four ‘guardian’ mountains that surround the city. And as well as being a global leader in technology and innovation, Seoul is very much about honouring its past. With villages of hanoks (wooden houses), gugak (music) performances, teahouses and Joseon Dynasty palaces and temples, a visit to Seoul is a journey through 15th-century traditions.

Days spent in Seoul are jam-packed with all manner of sights, attractions and experiences. Seoul’s Five Grand Palaces are the city’s main attraction, of which Gyeongbokgung and Changdeokgung are the standouts. The National Museum of Korea is another must-see sight with its huge collection of Korean art and treasures. Or is it a visit to the ultra-interesting DMZ on the border of South and North Korea that you are looking for?

From 02 November 2022, Jetstar fly direct from Sydney to Seoul 3 times a week, with connecting flights from Gold Coast and Melbourne, South Korea is a “must visit” destination.
