How to stay informed
Jetstar’s Travel alerts page contains the latest information about Jetstar network changes and policies. This is the first location we update with new information.

What flights are operating?
At this stage we have suspended 70 per cent of our domestic services in Australia and 90 per cent of our domestic services in New Zealand to 31 May 2020. We are temporarily suspending all international flights between 26 March and 31 May 2020. This has potential to change to please stay across details in our travel alerts page. What is our flight changes policy
Customers with existing bookings for domestic and international travel can cancel their booking and receive a credit voucher. This offer is available until 31 March 2020, for bookings with a departure date up to 31 May 2020. It applies to Jetstar Airways (JQ) domestic and international flights in and from Australia and New Zealand and Jetstar Asia (3K) flights between Darwin and Singapore.
